Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a service from PWA Stack ("we"). By paying for a service you agree to them. Questions: hello@pwastack.com.

Services

We offer Setup, Launch and Care as described on this website, and custom projects by written quote. The description on the service page, plus anything we agree in writing, defines the scope.

Your part

• You own and pay for your Apple and Google developer accounts and give us team access.
• You have the right to publish your app, its content and its brand.
• Your app and business follow the law and the app stores' policies.
• You give us the information and access we need, on time.

Payment

One-time services are paid in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner and merchant of record. Customers in Vietnam may pay by bank transfer: a 50% deposit to start and the rest on delivery. Care is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.

App store review

Apple and Google decide what they publish. We can't guarantee approval, but we check your app against their guidelines first and tell you about risks before we start. What happens if a store says no is covered in our refund policy.

Ownership

You own your apps, content, store listings and the project files we deliver. We keep ownership of our general tools, templates and know-how, and may reuse them for other clients. With your permission, we may mention you as a client.

Confidentiality

We keep your access credentials, code and business information confidential and use them only to deliver the service. We remove our access when a project ends, unless you're on Care.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for decisions made by app stores.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you paid.
