Why is there a $799 setup fee?
If we didn't build your app, we first need to review, document and sometimes fix it. The fee is waived for apps we launched.
What if Apple or Google rejects an update?
We handle it as part of Care: we work out what the reviewer wants, make the change and resubmit.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, anytime. You're billed monthly, and there's no minimum term.
