PWA Stack Co. Ltd. Software License Agreement


This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee"), whether as an individual or a single entity, and PWA Stack Co. Ltd. ("PWA Stack"), governing the use and redistribution of PWA Stack's software products, which may include but are not limited to extensions, templates, and associated services (collectively, "Software").


Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any PWA Stack Software, you acknowledge your understanding of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Software.


Effective Date
This Agreement is effective from the moment the Software is acquired from PWA Stack, whether through our website, via email, on a data medium, or by any other means. PWA Stack reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement and enforce them at any time.


Grant of License
Upon purchasing PWA Stack Software, the Licensee is granted:


  • Full access to the Software source code.
  • A License Certificate, valid until the Licensee ceases to use the Software or until this Agreement is terminated by PWA Stack due to Licensee's non-compliance with its terms. Each License Certificate covers one live PWA installation and unlimited test installations, marked by a unique license serial.
  • The right to customize the Software for personal or internal business use.

Restrictions


Installation and Use
A separate License must be purchased for each new Software installation. The Licensee is prohibited from using any part of the Software code in any other software, product, or website and must maintain all copyright notices, including the PWA Stack link/text, intact.


Distribution
The Licensee may not distribute the Software to third parties without PWA Stack's express permission. Unauthorized distribution is a breach of this Agreement and subject to legal liability.


Rental
The Licensee is prohibited from selling, sub-licensing, renting, leasing, or lending any part of the Software.


Compliance with Laws
The Licensee must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Software. The Software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and treaties.


Termination
PWA Stack may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Licensee fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Software and cease all use. Continued use of the Software post-termination will result in legal action to enforce the termination and recover costs and damages.


Limitation of Liability
PWA Stack shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. PWA Stack is not liable for legal actions arising from illegal use of the Software.


By using PWA Stack's Software, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. PWA Stack is not obliged to refund any amounts paid for the Software upon termination of this License due to non-compliance.
